SAN LEANDRO, CA: This Memorial Day weekend, the Veterans Resource Center (VRC) of the San Leandro Public Library will be hosting a Veteran’s Forum. Veterans are invited to visit the Veterans Resource Center and meet benefit coaches, talk to representatives from different organizations servicing veterans, and learn more about benefits, services, and opportunities available to veterans and their families. This event will take place in the Main Library’s Karp Room, 300 Estudillo Avenue, San Leandro, Saturday, May 25, 2019, from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Veterans Connect at the Library is a program of California public libraries, in partnership with the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet), and the Library Systems of the State of California. The purpose is to connect veterans and their families to benefits and services for which they are in need.
